This free one-hour Zoom call is an opportunity to take a closer look at your health, lifestyle, and daily habits. We’ll talk through where you’re currently at, what’s been difficult, and what you want to change so I can understand how to best support your progress.
Before scheduling the Zoom call, I’ll email you a short intake form to fill out. This gives me a better understanding of your situation beforehand so we can make the most of our time during the consultation.
Meet Coach Mike
I’m Mike, a Health and Wellness Coach with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science. My background includes working as a fitness trainer in gyms, gaining experience in physical therapy clinics as a PT aide, and coaching basketball for a nonprofit organization.
Health and wellness has always been more than just fitness to me. I enjoy helping people build stronger habits, improve their mindset, and create routines that support long-term growth both physically and mentally.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy playing basketball, tennis, and volleyball. I love being outdoors, watching a great movie or TV show, and I've always loved animals. I’m also a major sushi fan… and I definitely have a weak spot for a good cookie.
