Meet Coach Mike
Hi, I’m Mike, a Health and Wellness Coach with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science. My background includes working as a fitness trainer in gyms, gaining experience in physical therapy clinics as a PT aide, and coaching basketball for a nonprofit organization.
Health and wellness has always been more than just fitness to me. I enjoy helping people build stronger habits, improve their mindset, and create routines that support long-term growth both physically and mentally.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy playing basketball, tennis, and chess whenever I get the chance. I love being outdoors, watching a great movie or TV show, and I've always loved animals. I’m also a major sushi fan… and I definitely have a weak spot for a good cookie.
I offer a 12-week online coaching program designed for individuals who are ready to create meaningful, lasting change through consistency, accountability, and a healthier lifestyle.
